Dr. Stephen S. Weisglass graduated from The Harvard School of Dental Medicine and completed his postgraduate periodontics training at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. Dr. Weisglass is a board-certified periodontist. This certification is awarded after rigorous examination by the American Board of Periodontology, a distinction held by fewer than one percent of all dentists in the United States. He has a Certificate in Conscious Sedation from the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Weisglass is an Attending dentist at Montefiore Medical Center. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Weisglass lectures on implants, periodontal plastic surgery, medicine, and techniques to enhance patient comfort.
